Rules

1. Gold Coast, The Orleans, Suncoast, Sam’s Town, Fremont, California, Jokers Wild and Eldorado will jointly give away a total of over $500,000 in prize money over the 17 week football season. Each week $30,000 in prize money will be awarded with a $10,000 guaranteed top prize each week.

2. All contestants must be a member of Club Coast, Prime Rewards or B Connected.

3. All members of Club Coast, Prime Rewards or B Connected will be given three (3) free entries. Contestants are only permitted to sign up one time, which will be their valid registration for the entire season.

4. Additional bonus entries (up to 2) may be sent out through direct mail or e-mail from our database based on card level. No contestant may have more than five (5) entries total during any week. Anyone with more than the maximum allowed number of entries (free or bonus entries) will be disqualified.

5. This is a weekly contest.

6. Entry is FREE!

7. All contestants must be 21 years of age or older.

8. Contestants may turn in their weekly picks at the most convenient casino: Gold Coast, The Orleans, Suncoast, Sam’s Town, Fremont, California, Jokers Wild or Eldorado.

9. All of the contestant’s weekly entries must be submitted at the same time.

10. Contestants must register in person or, for Nevada residents only, through the B Connected website, bconnected.com. Valid identification must be presented at time of registration in person.

11. Contestant must submit their weekly contest card in person each week; exceptions are at the discretion of the Sports Book management. Valid identification is required each week with submission of entries.

12. Each week’s contest card(s) may be turned in no earlier than 9am each Thursday at the Sports Book and no later than kickoff time of Sunday’s first game.

13. Registration for the contest begins August 3, 2009.

14. The contest involves selecting the winning teams during each week of the pro football regular season’s Sunday and Monday games (maximum 15 games during any one (1) week). Weekly winner(s) will be the contestant(s) with the highest number of winning selections. The contest runs from week #1 of the 2009 regular season through week #17 of the 2009 regular season. The first game for the contest will be played on Sunday, September 13, 2009.

15. There are no point spreads on any of the football games. The team winning the game is the winning selection. In the case of a tie, either team selected will count as a win.

16. A total of $30,000 will be awarded to the contestant(s) with the highest number of winning selections. In the case of a tie between 2 or 3 people, the $30,000 will be divided equally. In the case of a tie between 4 or more contestants:

a. $10,000 will be awarded to one person and the remainder will be divided equally between the remaining winners.
b. The first tie-breaker will be the contestant who comes closest to picking the combined score on that weekend’s Monday Night Football Game. There will be two games on Monday, September 14. One game will be designated as the tie-breaker. For week 17, the Sunday night game will be the tie-breaker.
c. The second tie-breaker will be the contestant’s computer-generated ticket with that week’s earliest date-time stamp.

17. Each week, contestants will complete a contest card. The contest card is completed by selecting your teams and carefully printing your last name and contestant
number. The contest card will be exchanged for a computer-generated ticket.

18. It is the player’s responsibility for verifying the accuracy of their computer-generated ticket. The participating properties are not responsible for discrepancies between the computer-generated ticket and customer contest card. The computer-generated ticket will be the official determining portion. A ticket generated with a contestant number other than one which was assigned to the contestant by management will be void. Winners must produce the computer-generated ticket, containing the contestant’s valid contest identification number.

19. Contestant may claim weekly prize winnings any time after 12 noon Tuesday (provided that the conditions of rules #20 and #21 have been met).

20. All winning tickets will become void if not claimed within 60 days after the last regular season game.

21. Prizes can only be picked-up by the winning contestant with proper identification and social security number. No winnings, under any circumstances, will be mailed.

22. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by the property’s management in a manner that is fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied with management’s decision, he or she may exercise their rights under NRS 463.361 et eq. and request the Nevada Gaming Control Board to review the matter.

23. All participants agree to grant Boyd Gaming unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotional use without compensation, consideration, notice review or consent.

24. All Boyd Gaming and Coast Casinos Race and Sports Book employees, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for this contest.

SWEEPSTAKES RULES

1. Three winners will be randomly selected to receive the prizes listed below:
First prize - 2 free nights at any Coast Casino including dinner for two
Second prize – Autographed football by Tom Brady
Third Prize - Autographed football by Jerry Rice and Steve Young

2. The Contest will begin on 08/6/09 and end on or about 2/10/10. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter this contest. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

3. Only on-line entries will be accepted to enter sweepstakes

4. E-mail entry must contain first and last name, address, phone #, email, and birthdate.

5. Only one (1) sweepstakes entry per person

6. Winners will be posted on the PTP website as well as receive notification by email 7. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. All prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of the contest end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Boyd Gaming reserves the right to determine an alternate winner at its sole discretion. All prizes subject to change at the sole discretion of Boyd Gaming.

8. Participants and winner(s) must be a Nevada resident at least 21 years of age as determined by Boyd Gaming.

9. Employees of Boyd Gaming and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win.

10. Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) expressly consent Boyd Gaming exclusive permission to use their names, in connection with promotion without receiving payment.

11. Boyd Gaming may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time. Participants will be notified by email.
